Adelaide Football Club’s chief executive Tim Silvers and wife Kelly are selling the “beautiful” Surrey Hills house where they have celebrated family birthdays, Christmases and sporting victories.
Silvers said they decided to put the home at 7 Graham St on the market after moving to South Australia following his Crows’ appointment in March 2021, after 17 years at Hawthorn including as chief operating officer.
He said he would miss the four-bedroom house they purchased in 2012 where their two children, aged 11 and 13, have grown up.

Silvers said renovating the house was a “slow passion project” for the family.
Along with three living zones, three bathrooms and a main bedroom featuring a walk-in wardrobe and dual vanity marble ensuite, there is also a formal lounge room with open fireplace, upstairs rumpus room and triple garage.
Outside there is a heated swimming pool and section of ground covered in synthetic grass for sports like basketball and soccer.
The alfresco deck including a stone barbecue kitchen, bar fridge, gas fireplace and additional heating has a louvred roof that opens and shuts at the touch of a button.
“We built the deck out the back and the entertaining hub so we could watch sport there,” Silvers said.
They have hosted about 130 guests for a 40th birthday and numerous post-premiership parties for his children’s sports teams including the Camberwell Sharks and Canterbury Cougars.
“We will miss the New Year’s parties and watching fireworks from the roof with neighbours, friends and family,” Mr Silvers said.
“It is double-storey home and the views of the city are fantastic.”
The house’s location close to schools, parks and public transport was another bonus.
“We loved the Surrey Hills shopping strip and it’s close to the Canterbury shops as well,” Silvers said.
Bekdon Richards Hawthorn director Paul Richards described the house as a “beautiful family home perfect for entertaining”.
“You can lie in bed with views to the city as well,” Mr Richards said.
The home will be auctioned on November 12 with a $2.3m-$2.5m asking range.
